Very popular property, very rarely available apartments.
These apartment blocks are situated in the new residential area of Latokartano in Viikki, next to the Viikki campus area of the University of Helsinki. The yard is green and pleasant. There is a play area for children.
The apartments are shared apartments, studios, two room apartments and three room apartments. Shared apartments and studios are for single occupants. The two and three room apartments are for couples and families. The largest apartments have saunas and own gardens. The two room apartments and shared apartments have glassed balconies and the top floor apartments have rooftop terraces.
The property has garden patches managed by the tenant committee. The tenants can use the club room of Tilanhoitajankaari 11.
A facelift renovation is planned to start at the property in 2024. Due to the facelift renovation Hoas will not execute any repair work that would be done due to aesthetic reasons (e.g. changing the floors).
