Student apartments completed in 2017 in Viikki campus area
The location is perfect in the heart of Viikki, the faculties are within walking distance and the bus stop is a short distance away. The apartments have high-quality materials and well-designed floor plans. The house is predominantly designed for single occupants and couples.
At the University of Helsinki, Viikki Campus, students study and work more than 6,500 students daily. The multidisciplinary campus has four faculties.
There are several kindergartens in the area and the Viikki Normal School of the University of Helsinki and the Latokartano Primary School. Other services include a health and social center, a sports hall, a playground, a library and a science library at the info center. Commercial services are good thanks to the Viikki service center and Prisma shopping center. Latokartano has extensive green, outdoor and fishing areas as well as the best bird watching spots in the city in the Old Town Gulf Nature Reserve.
There are compact two room apartments for couples and families. For single occupants there are studios and shared apartments. Both staircases have a lift.
