Miestentie 2 is a joint project of Hoas and AYY, located a kilometer from the Otaniemi campus. Hoas' seven-storey residential building has 131 apartments, mainly small studio apartments and friends´ and family apartments. There are also a few spacious 31 m2 and 35,5 m2 studio apartments. The floor plans are carefully designed for student life. All apartments have laminate floors and bathrooms are tiled in lighter and darker tones. Kitchen cabinets are fresh white.
Versatile communal areas are located on the 1st floor of the house. In the laundry, you can clean your clothes quickly and in the clubroom relax with friends or work with your studies. In the yard there are parking spaces and a bicycle parking space reserved for all residents. During the winter season, you can keep your bike in a warm storage.
