Popular student apartments in the heart of Viikki campus
Popular property, rarely available apartments.
The property is located in a central spot on the Viikki campus of the University of Helsinki, within walking distance from the Prisma supermarket in Viikki. Good outdoor tracks and a green environment make this a wonderful spot to live in. In the ground floor, there is a shared kitchen with a dining room, as well as a club room. All the apartments in the building have been redecorated in 2014.
Most of the apartments are studios with shared kitchen. There are also a few family apartments for couples and families with children.
Viikki has a very active tenant community and several shared spaces for tenants to use.
A facelift renovation has been finished at the property in April 2023. During the facelift renovation we renovated the bathrooms of the apartments completely and also renewed the kitchens and wardrobes and changed the floor materials.
