The three-storey property of Kurkisuontie 9 is set in Kurkimäki in a neighbourhood of small apartment blocks. The area is peaceful and there is a park within a short walk. The Myllypuro and Kontula metro stations are only a kilometre away. Myllypuro campus is 1,5 kilometres distance away from the property. The metro gives you fast access to the centre of Helsinki.
During a facelift renovation completed in 2017, the property was improved with new kitchen cabinets and wardrobes. The floors were covered with vinyl tiles. The general appearance of the stairways was also improved and the saunas of the building were renovated.
Family-friendly Kurkisuontie property consists of six staircases, each of which have their own pram storage. Each apartment have either a balcony or own garden. The apartments are two and three room apartments. For those moving alone there are a few shared apartments.
