The red-brick apartments at Jämeräntaival were designed by Alvar Aalto, and they are located on the edge of the Laajalahti bay. The area is very quiet and naturally beautiful. This former indoor swimming pool building has been renovated to contain 15 studio apartments. The sizes of the apartments vary from 21 to 33 square metres. The property is within walking distance of the Aalto University. Otaniemi also has fast connections to Helsinki as well as other parts of Espoo.
There are several club rooms available for the tenants in the Otaniemi Teekkarikylä area.
The apartments are rented only to the students of Aalto University.
