You can apply for a Hoas apartment, if you are a full time student, a degree student, entitled to student financial aid and your school is in the Finnish capital area.

Hoas has the largest selection of different types of student apartments in Finland. Our student apartments include many options at different levels and price brackets to match the students’ varying situations.

We have properties in several areas near various schools. Rents are generally higher in newer or recently renovated properties as well as in apartments that are close to central Helsinki. 

In cooperation with schools in Helsinki area, Hoas provides 952 exchange students with a furnished room or apartment each academic year.

Exchange students attending one of the cooperating schools in the metropolitan area (Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa) may apply for a furnished apartment.

Hoas builds annually approximately 500 apartments near schools and close to good public transport connections. Most of the new Hoas homes are studio or two-room apartments. When building new homes we use modern, energy efficient techniques and insulation.
